Stuck

Hi my current alt monk, yeetoes is stuck at the ascent to power quest on cruel diff act 2. The thing is i have killed all the act bosses and now i cant do the mapping end game because it tells me that i havent done the whole campaign. it says i already have the balbalas barya but i dont have it anywhere at all. and i have tried to kill the boss multiple times and it doesnt drop the item. pls help me get it back or something. i am giga stuck cause of that and i just wanna do my mapping.
