Not receiving MTX from challenge completions

So right now I'm at 32/40 challenges which means I should have 5 totem pieces in my hideout. When I got to those milestones, I did get the notification indicating that I received them, but they never show up in my challenge rewards tab. I've tried the /recheck_achievements command ample of times, though to no avail.
