Ps5 version crashing when i equip or unequip any one of skill or support gems

This is the first day my game has crashed like this... I am dealing with about the same type issue... only mine is crashing anytime I unequip a skill gem or support gem and when im equipping a skill gem or support gem... it starts making stutter noises and the screen kinda starts tripping out and then gives me the "unexpected disconnection occured"... otherwise the game seems to play normal... but of course I signed on to change up my build and this happens lol...
