BUG REPORT amulet +50 spirit not working

Loath Torc Gold Amulet. Not working on my Monk. @ other guys checked and it's working. On my Monk don't give +50 spirit. My character name is Yoshimotto

Two possibilities here:

If you aren't getting any stats from your Amulet, you have the keystone passive "Necromantic Talisman" allocated.
If you only aren't getting Spirit from your Amulet, you have the Invoker ascendency passive "Lead Me Through Grace..." allocated.
