Can't use trade site.

My account can't whisper people on the trade website to trade. It's says must be in-game to perform this action. I tried my phone, ps5, and a crappy laptop.

Solved it. I got two accounts. One old and a newer because of PS5. I needed to link those accounts on pathofexile.com with sony and after relogin on website and PS5, you need to switch account on the upper left corner on trading website and in game on PS5 to the same account.

I’ve been having exactly the same issue since launch. Accounts are linked but no joy using the site in-game, on mobile or laptop. This is currently the thing most likely to stop me playing. Can’t get a weapon upgrade at the start of mapping and can’t buy one on the trade site like everyone else.
