l can't add an email to my account

hello.
I recently tried adding an email to my ' POE' account. Normally I log in using the 'PSN' option, but I would like to add an email to my account when pathofexile 2 is released. However, when I try to add an email, when I press the submit button, I get an error message saying, "Enable speed limit. You need to wait 120 seconds." After waiting a few minutes, sometimes the same message keeps popping up for up to 10 minutes. After a few attempts, the message went up to a latency of up to 3600 seconds. After 4 hours of waiting, I keep getting that error and still can't add an email to my account. I sent this question by email and message, but I haven't received an answer yet.
