Bug with Ignagduk Cruel Act 3

Hello,
After killing the boss, there was no item drop (skull) which will grant me +$0 spirit. (Checked stash and etc)
Unfortunately there is a lot of people with this problem.
Also as I can see, the spirit is counted in my bar, but can't be used. After removing all the gems, I have only 70/100 spirit available.
Please GGG, fix this issue.
