jungel ruins cruel act 3 game crash and i cant get back on my character

was in jungle ruins on my lvl 60 witch hunter fighting mighty silverfist by the way point and game crashed, when i try to log back on that character the game starts to load then crashes again. is there a way i can get on my character with out the game crashing? i dont want to start over.

I had this issue. There's not a lot you can do apart from wait for 15-20 minutes for the instance to reset so you're put back in to town. There's a bug in the instance.
