Is there an AI replying to the support emails?

I have an issue with my account lock and I sent an email regarding the issue to the support. Got reply to one of my emails from the support asking for my POE account name and characters names, EVEN THOUGH I INCLUDED THEM IN THE EMAIL I SENT along with everything else!???

" They wont get you. I replied 2 of their replies. if you have already provide enough info for them, the last replies will be dead silence from them. and im on day 25 and my issue haven't resolve. |

Don't worry GGG is on vacation.
There are consequences of abandoning your game and vacationing. Even Concord wasn't this bad. |
