Hi, I bought a skin on the website for 135 coins, the Scavenger effect, but it doesn't work in Path of Exile 2, can I get a refund?

Hello, happy new year, please solve the problem, I've been waiting for a few days, I used a transaction for 135 coins : *Junk dealer's weapon effect*, but it doesn't work on Path of Exile 2, is there a way to refund the coins?

" Just wait your turn, there is a large queue and they have holidays atm as well (also do not send more than the one email until you are asked to do so) For future reference, right now if you want to buy MTX for PoE2 do so only though the in game store, the websites is for PoE1, and while all the cosmetics will be ported over to PoE2, it's not just a case of shifting the assets, there is rigging work to do on thousands of MTX and probably some graphical updating work as well Ancestral Bond.
