CITADEL MAP CANT BE COMPLETED?

This my second attempt to clear Citadel, my 1st one map is not completed, I thought this was a bug or something, and today I tried again, I beat all monsters to zero and still there is no icon map completed :/

Same issue, after killing last rare didnt get the "map complete"
Not the first time happening, seems to be common issue and not only in citadel maps  |
