finished storyline, but cant access endgame map device!

hey, need help!

i just finished the story line, but cant open the map device.

It says: You cannot access endgame content until you have completed the campaign

when i check the quest tab, theres nothing. but when i go to the normal map, it says in normal act 1 in clearfell encampment: the map wolf of ogham (travel east)

i did this already a 2nd time to maybe fix the bug, but it diddnt.

now i am stuck in lategame... plz help!!

This is an issue people commonly encounter when leveling a second character.

The last step of the campaign is running a map from the device in the Ziggurat Refuge, available for waypoint travel on the Act 3 Cruel map.
