Apex of Filth crashes during loading screen

Tried to enter Apex of Filth in Act 3.
However can't get past loading screen.
Gears go slowly, stop, then crashes with no error message.
Even after 24hrs, so probably a state issue of some sort.
Have a screen cap to confirm.

Could play my other character alright.
