Worse customer support I've had to deal with

I am having a issue since almost a month now. It's a very simple problem that should be solved with a few clicks and yet it has to take months to be solved.
I've never seen anything like this before and I get the feeling that GGG does not care.
I know GGG has a lot of tickets but then hire more people.
Having to wait for a reply for 10 days is insane to me, totally nuts.
When they finally send you a response then you answer back and then it will take another week for another response...
Get a grip GGG, help your customers out for god sake.
