Witch Minions

I have enough spirit for six skeleton warriors; when they are killed, I enter a new zone, or when I respawn, the warriors do not respawn. I have to manually turn all spirit skills off and then turn them back on. This happens on the PC as well as the PS5.

This started yesterday. It has not done this with mages or arcanists. I have tried taking weapons off and back on and switching weapons, but this persists unless I turn everything off and then back on when activating spirit skills.
