cant access endgame maps

hey, need help!

i just finished the story line, but cant open the map device.

It says: You cannot access endgame content until you have completed the campaign

when i check the quest tab, theres nothing. but when i go to the normal map, it says in normal act 1 in clearfell encampment: the map wolf of ogham (travel east)

i did this already a 2nd time, but cant travel via hoodedone to act 2.

now i am stuck in lategame... plz help!!
