Act 2 - Servi dialogue - "Local knowledge"

this dialogue option is slightly highlighted on the right side of the window but i can't open it. screen cuts to black and back, all except servis dialogue window and never get any text or speech from dialogue-option. im on xbox and currently on quest "legacy of the vaal" if that is of any importance.
