Can't Use the Trade Market.....

Ok so I Brought the Game POE 2 through Steam and I am trying to use the Trade market. Every Time I hit Direct whisper it says I must have account in Game and every Time I use the clip Board and use the whisper in Game every character I whisper doesn't exist this is very frustratingany help you can give me would be appreciated thanks
