Support Response Times?
Hello all,
Wondering if someone can assist or a team member of GGG might be able to help. I sent an email on 12 December requesting support and they replied within 3 days stating they could assist, however, needed further information. I replied that day and have not heard anything back and the issue is unresolved. I sent a followup email on 24 December and have not heard anything. its been about 7 days for them to reply, keep in mind consecutive emails apparently reset your place in the queue,
nothings been solved for me so far so maybe its 7 days for fillers and actual big emails are waiting for someone to come back from their holidays, just a guess. |

Ah thanks for the tip on the email reset will remember that for future.
Didn't realise the game had two accounts and added the EA coins to the previous account. By the time i realised i was too invested would of just switched over. Those coins are for my stash as its blowing up and ive got toons hording items for me |
