Lost all characters

On the xbox series x, I lost all characters due to some how having 2 accounts. Is there a way to restore these characters?

Alright.. I understand there might be a large amount of people with problems but it's been a week since I sent in my first email. It'd be nice to have some sort of reply back.. I don't mean to be impatient but I kinda want to be able to play it again.
