No physical items received (or update from support) for 20 days

Hello,
I've bought the top tier upgrade and selected the physical items (Large T+shirt + Hoodie and Art Book). This was done on the 10th of December, today the 31st I have not received them (or even a tracking/acknowledgment). It took support LITERALLY 5 minutes to reply to my email asking them of the whereabouts in which they asked for some of my personal information again (?), took me 6 minutes to reply to their email after which 0 updates, 0 replies, nothing. Timeline is December 10th -> Bought the pack December 20th -> - Sent initial email to ask for a follow-up on my order Dec 20th - 5 minutes later received email reply from [Removed by Support] asking for my personal data (full address, name, etc) - 6 minutes later I replied to [Removed by Support] December 30th -> - Sent another email as NO item was shipped by them, no tracking, no update, nothing. Considering I paid 100$ just for the shipping, this is becoming quite quickly a bad joke. I believe I've been extremely patient tbh and I did this purchase to support a (seemingly) good game dev but because of this, the experience is starting to turn south... I look forward to your reply. P.S. If anyone else is/has been in the same situation, I'd love to hear how your experience went and how (if) you were able to solve it, thanks! " GGG switched fulfillment companies for the new packs. I'd be hesitant to assume it's the same shipping problems as before. You should get initial tracking information for an item when it leaves the warehouse; before it arrives at your national border where customs becomes a potential snag. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?

The issue is the shipping price was 100$ which is absurdly high for a t-shirt, hoodie and small book.
Considering it's also been almost 1 month since I paid for it and I don't have a tracking (or even an update/reply to my ticket) is ridiculous.... Truly hope I won't have to initiate a chargeback :/ |
