I added my PSN account to my POE account, now I can't access my characters?

It said if I merged both sets of account characters would move on. Now, when i try to log in through steam or PS5, it keeps pulling up the PS5 no characters account, and I can't play with my steam characters.

Can anyone please help? I even got two keys to do this..
