Ascendancy issue PS5

3rd ascendancy at Trial of the sekhemas is bugged when you complete it. I used the correct Djinn Barya that says it will grant me the points. So I killed the scorpion went in the room opened my chests I had keys for and that was it. I could not click on anything else besides the npc in the room, not even the portal works. the only way i could leave was to reset game and was not given y points. this has happened multiple times and I am tired of doing it without being rewarded.
