Missing Stashes - no replies from support

Hi. I hope this is allowed in here. I've been playing for weeks now and was just recently informed that stashes should carry over from POE1. I have different stashes in POE1 and I'm sure some of them should carry over. I already did try to reach out to support to no avail.

What's the next step here? Should I just wait after the holidays? Thank you,

1. This is not a game bug.

2. Which platform are you playing PoE 2 on? Which platform did you play PoE 1 on?

3. Have you linked any accounts?

4. Not all stash tabs carry over to PoE 2 - some don't exist in PoE 2. That may be the issue that you are seeing.

I also read somewhere in the forum that there is suppose to be an early access key so I can play in PC.

1. This is not a game bug.

2. Which platform are you playing PoE 2 on? Which platform did you play PoE 1 on?

3. Have you linked any accounts?

3. Yes, Sony/PS5 account is successfully linked to my account.

OK, unfortunately any stash tabs in PSN will not be usable in PC and vice versa.

"Unfortunately, any purchases made on PlayStation platforms cannot be used on other platforms, and purchases made on other platforms cannot be used on PlayStation platforms. Note that these purchases can still be on the same sub-account, but the microtransactions will be marked as unavailable when viewing them in your stash." [From account change announcement].

Microtransactions includes stash tabs.

Does that mean that the purchase should have been done in Steam instead? My friend seem to have gotten his POE1 stash tabs migrated this way. (EDIT: friend haven't logged in to PS5 yet)

Perhaps I should just buy another early access in Steam. That should get me my old stashes when I log into steam. (EDIT: Does not seem to be the case, I was informed that stashes bought from PC will not be useable on PS5)
