Grim Feast is bugged

First thing that's bugged is that it does not overflow Energy Shield at all right now. I can walk through a field of them and my max ES never goes above normal maximum.

Second thing that is more critical, I cannot activate Temporal Rift while it's active. If I deactivate Grim Feast, I can use Rift. I am not out of spirit while both are active.
