microtransaction problem

Linked my pc account with my ps5 account, bought 200 coins and early access on Zurgoth#5421 instead of the Blaqwidow87#9520 account. Never got the coins or cosmetics. Not sure why the accounts don't share these resources, I know they won't share with ps5 version.

Your points and cosmetics would be found on the sub-account you purchased them on. You can select which sub-account you're using while at character select. I hope this helps! I meant to buy the points and ea on the other sub account and had no idea that was even a thing. My main character is on the sub account that doesn't have the items I purchased on it. Anyway to transfer the points and ea stuff to the correct sub account or is it possible to move the character to the other sub account? Why is there even sub accounts?
