stash remove only

is there any way to fix the stash tabs that says "remove only"?
For context i started playing this game on my PS5 console, and i bought all of my stash tabs there on my console. Then last week i decided to play this game on my pc. i know that i need to buy all of my stash tabs again on my pc because it will say remove only so there i bought it. Then last night i decided to play poe2 on my console again and when i hop back on poe2 today on my pc the stash tabs that i used when i played on my console says "remove only" again on my pc. any ideas how to fix it?
