BOOK DROP FOR ATLAS TREE BUG!

I'm currently level 91, cleared Iron Citadel got no book drop for the points and the map was cleared, no mobs left, also the map itself bugged and didn't complete even tho the citadel boss was dead and all Mobs on the map where dead,

Also with the atlas tree book drops, I'm currently capped at 8/10, I'm clearing bosses on maps at level 82, the book drop only requires 79+, that last book wont drop and I don't know if its an RNG thing or if its mean to drop every time till I have the points, please help me resolve this issue as these 2 problems together hard cap my progress, Thank you!!!
