Cannot access my character

I can no longer access my character for some reason under gchuu#7811 (character name gchuu - a level 67 sorceress)
the server says its authenticated but doesnt allow me to select my character. when i try to select the character in PS5,t he game resets and takes me to the main loading and character selection screen. Can you please delete gchuu_#4513 Last bumped on Jan 1, 2025, 5:19:10 PM

Please delete gchuu#7811 (the account that wasnt linked to POE2 previous) and recover previous character called gchuu) |
