Account issues with xbox and pc? unable to verify?

I havent played poe 1 in years and barely touched it.

saw poe 2 payed 100$ and i cant talk in chat until i verify my account? but when i log in on this website it says im unable to acces the poe2 page because i dont own it? i used my xbox account to sign in. im unsure what to do. i definitely own poe2.
