Missing Act 2 quests

I'm on my 3rd class walkthrough and once I got to Act 2 I never received a full set of quest from Sekhema Asala, and in result I am missing Keth and Titans Valley on the map.

So I made a new char, got to act 2 again, same happened and I think I know why now - I had a trading transaction, where I went into a party with a person, they came over to act 1 to sell me the thing - and shortly after they left I got a quest popup saying I have to go to the Traitor's Passage - which makes no sense as I'm still half way through Act 1. The quest was no longer visible after clicking it once, so I thought maybe it's ok.

So when I came to Act 2 I immediately had the afermentioned quest opened, and yea it bugged all my future interactions. I'm not getting Balbala quest, or Keth, or Titans. Normally you have ~5 quests in Act 2 immediately.

So... Seems it's clear that getting into a party with a higher level character can mess up your quests progressions.
