Account lost access to early access

I purchased POE2 on Steam and played the early access for a while, reaching around level 9. I haven’t played in a couple of weeks, you know holidays and stuff. But when I tried to log in again like before, I got an error saying, “Your account does not have access to POE2.” I’ve already redeemed my early access key, so I can’t input it again. Now, it’s asking me to purchase the game, even though I already own it and have played it. Can this please be fixed? Last bumped on Dec 31, 2024, 5:17:38 AM
