I have waited two weeks for a response from support@grindinggear.com about my purchase issues.
Do they simply ignore some people once they have their money?
I am not rich. I intended, and still at the moment intend to make this my main game for a couple of years. I intended to put the total of my monetary commitment to gaming into this game for the next couple of years. I enjoy the game so far, but I am very frustrated that I have spent close to a hundred dollars, have some issues with my purchases, and am completely being ignored. I emailed support@grindinggear.com two weeks ago. I have received no response back. I have tried to get help here and I was ignored. Is this how it will be? Will the company just ignore my problem because I have no power to do anything about it? I understand that they are releasing a new game, I understand things are hectic. I understand we are in a holiday season here in the United States, and I understand that here and world-wide, you are receiving emails from people with issues about keys, about purchases, about bugs, about everything. I understand. I am not frustrated by that. I am frustrated that nobody can even take the time to tell me, "We are certain your issue will be looked at, you will be responded to, and your problem will be corrected." and then give me an idea when I will be responded to with more accurate resolution than "it will take at least half a month." I am not mailing you my issues by correspondence that must be loaded on a ship and traverse the great oceans wide only then to be carried up to you into the mountains by mule pack. I sent my email and your company essentially instantaneously got it. I think it is crude to say how much I might spend on this game if things get rectified, but I think it should be considered that if you just ignore people like me, you will lose a significant amount of money, not because I am going to spend so much money, but because I imagine there are a lot of people who do intend to spend the amount I intend to spend, and if none of us matter to y'all, then I guess you do have an orchard where the money grows. Will anybody from this company respond to me here and simply tell me how long I should expect to wait before anybody from support@grindinggear.com will even prove they received my emails? I thank you personally for responding. Now, I will get back to enjoying the game without that gnawing at me and reducing the experience.
Hopefully the winter storms will not delay a response too much longer and those carrying it back do not have to cannibalize one another waiting for the spring thaws to open the mountain pass. I hope you and your family have a peaceful and good upcoming year. |
