My mage needs heeelp cant use weapon

I have been playing my mage the whole day without problems and just - out of nowhere didnt deal any damage anymore -
My +3 on lightning skills only works now if i have my wand in the second weapon slot and the sps doesnt change if i have it equipped or not equipped.
It looks like even in the animation (with equuppped wand) my mage is only using his hand without a wand in it .... heeelp
