Bought Early Access Bundle, Did not recieve the key or coins.

Hello, I bought the early access bundle from the website. I was billed the amount, but I did not receive the coins or the key. I contacted the bank, and they told me the payment was not reversed. I submitted a ticket on the 28th of December (the day I made the payment). Still no reply :( . I'd like to play the game during my holidays :(
