Level up while mapping results immediate ban

"Your account has been banned by an administrator"

This is the message I got yesterday before the leveling animation could finish.

- I'm a console (PS5) player, but I don't think it's related to any platform.
- I don't use chat, even my first two or three trades were yesterday w/o any communication.
- I mostly play solo, and sometimes with my only PoE2 friend.


I assume this could be some similar bug behind the auto-ban engine, which locks out accounts without justification. The only difference is that my character is no longer an Act 3 level 30-40 character.

Is there anyone else who has faced this, or something similar?

Apart from writing to support@grindinggear.com, what else can I do? It's frustrating not to be able to spend my time on what I plan to spend it on during my holidays.

I wait patiently, as there is nothing else (I think) I can do.
