PS5 LOST ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE HELP 200 HOURS OF GAME

I purchased the game and then created an account manually on this site which is my DoktorZeus1905. I saw in the manage account to do a secondary login through sony so I did that and it created DoktorZeus7358. I purchased some microshop money through the ps5 app and noticed it did not apply to my account in game. I investigated. When I went to my login screen I saw at the top DoktorZeus1905 was logged in. So I tried switching this to DoktorZeus 7358 to see if I can access my microshop money. When I did this it completelly deleted access to switching accounts at the login screen and now forces me to create a new character on the 7358 screen as if I had just installed the game. I completely lost access to my 1905 character and items I have been grinding the last 200 hours for. Since I am on console I feel kinda stuck. I have no access to my 1905 account . Please for the love of god, restore access to my character and items from my 1905 account so. Either delete or merge or do something to help me get access to all my hours of hard work.
