The account was hacked and all the items were stolen

12.31 my account was hacked and all the items from the character and chest were stolen from it, please sort it out. The security breach is clearly on your part, because there were no messages about logging into my account with two-step authentication, mail and steam were hacked, and there were no logins. Please sort out the problem, you just have to do it.

Today my account has been hacked too. I left for lunch and i returned two hours later. No item, no currency, all empty. Im so ungry right now just can write to try to fix it

I did through support@grindinggear.com 2 days ago and received zero respond so far. What should I do next?

I was also hacked since December 20th and have already contacted support via email. Let me share my experience and what you might encounter after reaching out to their support team:
- You might receive a response that seems like a copy-paste regarding security measures, stating that they cannot reverse or restore any items stolen by other players.
- Your account may be locked for several weeks to prevent further damage, give users time to follow security steps, and verify the security of the account. You may not receive any updates until your case comes up in their queue. Due to the high volume of cases right now, I’m not sure if there’s a way to track the status of your case in the meantime.

Excellent support work. Absolutely no protection against hacking, even a basic letter from the mail is not there as in pathofexile 1. The impossibility of back the stolen, and also considering that I was also ignored in the last four requests of the technical plan in poe 1, which I bumped for a year, for the first time I see such a careless attitude towards people who consume their product. If they will block me for a week it will be finish with that game :)
