Lv 59 Character not able to move with mouse at all. Ive changed nothing in settings

Hello,

I've logged 90 hrs with the same settings on the same toon and in the middle of a fight my movement stopped working. Things I've tried.

-different mouse
-default settings
-uninstall/ reinstall game and razer synapse software
-AND everything else a moderate tech savy person would try


Note- the only thing that has worked was creating a new character. Using default mouse settings, that one can move perfectly. Essentially my lv 59 toon is bricked right now if I choose to use the mouse to move.

also, looking though threads I found how to log in with steam and have subsequently linked my steam account to the POE account. After doing this I only show my newest test character in the site and not my LV 59.

"Kugerstrad" is the lv 59 toon.

I love the game but with the feeling of impending doom upon continuous play, it makes me apprehensive to continue.

Please help!
