Resolution Cant Click Bug

First off been having a blast with game, lots of fun.

Had this bug happen to me a few times.

Bug: When the game opens you cant click the buttons. Seems like the locations of the buttons click and hover zones isn't lining up with whats displayed on screen. I can tell since i can move my mouse around and find where it think the buttons are since the hover will be inches away from the actual button.

Workaround: Use the hover effect to move around and click your way to settings to change to full screen (not windowed). this will fix it, then can switch back to windowed full screen.

Happens when I open the game sometimes, havent found what actually triggers it as I havent adjusted resolution or anything.

System/Settings: I am running on Win10, Steam version, Windowed Fullscreen, 1080p.
