Account Locked, Ghosted

account got locked

i emailed support, they replied in 10 minutes

i sent a reply in 5

they have proceeded to ghost me and not solve my issue

how do we resolve this?

Could you at least answer some questions about the information they asked me for? I've done my best, but with the large volume of tickets I'd rather make sure I've covered everything I can before getting a response asking for more and waiting another unreasonable amount of time for assistance.
I'll take that as a no.


Glad to see that it's an issue at all levels, not just the one that I've need of at the moment.
This is pretty messed up. I don't get why chat moderators can lock us out of our accounts completely, arbitrarily.
Yeah. Doubt they care about it though.
