Didn't recived the 300 gold after buying the game

i just bought the game, via key, and i activated the key on your side. I just got in the game and didn't get the early acces gold in game. Did a do something wrong or i have to do something else? Last bumped on Dec 31, 2024, 1:09:52 PM

If you redeemed an early access key then this would have just granted access to your account. If you want points such as from the Early Access Supporter Pack you would need to purchase the Early Access Supporter Pack, or purchase plain Point Packs.
