Reduced attribute requirement not working.

I bought gloves with 35% reduced attribute requirement for using the 118 needed dex on my helm the alpha's howl armoured cap, and it didnt changed, i also tryied to recap my attribute point reaching that number, but nothing changed, always 118 dex is asking for use it. Please fix it fast.

Like increased physical damage on a weapon or increased armour/evasion rating/energy shield mods on armour pieces, "% reduced attribute requirements" is typically a local mod.

When it's on your gloves, it only affects your gloves.

So its a useless passive, ok ty.
