im offline when im not offline.... SUPPORT HELP PLZ POE2

I have a strange error. I list the items I want to sell in the public tab and this is where the magic happens. I'm in the game, not even AFK, and I play normally, but the website shows my items as OFFLINE and no one can buy anything from me... YES THIS IS IN PoE2

Whatever they did with account management for PoE 1 and 2 on release of PoE 2 is discombobulated. Your error is probably related to your PoE 2 characters somehow not actually linked to any account you have like when you log into the website.

Do you see any of your PoE2 characters when you're logged into the website? Same thing is happening to a lot of people and some even worse than others, I.E. twitch rewards and currencies that are account bound are bound to different accounts, direct whispers for trade don't work, and you can't list items for trade because your characters don't show in game.
