Trialmaster's Door

After finishing tialmaster's 10th challenges, i went to the 3 fates's door with the 3 fates tokens, but when i click to insert the tokens, the screen to insert the tokens doesn't pop and with the 3 tokens on inventory also doesn't open the door.
I've tried many ways, changing to fullscreen, windowed, changed even from monitor thinking it would be due to resolution size..but nothing works.
