Got scammed off 19 divines by another player

So Im not really gonna cry about it, he put 19 chaos orbs intead of 19 and I wasnt paying attention, its totally on me. Im not a super hardcore player and took me 3 weeks to come up with that amount of currency but I have video evidence of it happening. Is there anywhere I can report this and hopefully he deals with the consequences of his actions?

This sort of shit is just so demoralizing as a casual and fucking sucks since it took me a long time to get there only to have another human being ruin it, is there ever really repercussions for this?

GGG isn't transparent wrt how they deal with scammers. Its not clear whether or not anything is done about them.
