First ascendacy bug

For some reason, balbala dropped djinn quest in act 2 (normal) but i cannot find it in the inventory. i tried to do her multiple times now but she doesn't drop djinn. I cannot go to sekhemas, cannot tp there from friends portals, cannot go there with desert map, i wonder if there is something to do to unlock the quest completely.
Ascent to power quest is showing, but when i reach traitor's passage and kill Balbala, the quest stay locked.
