Missing currency and non working trading

I purchased Poe on ps5 and pc and I can not trade, also the currency went to the wrong account for the pc purchase . The accounts are combined and I see them all from my login.

When trying to trade I get the error “Invalid query, your account must be in game…“

The currency is on two different accounts and I also obviously don’t want to have two separate accounts. The only reason i purchased the Pc version was for the cross save.

I submitted a support ticket 10 days ago and I finally got a response that basically said, “we are too busy to look at your issue, go to the forms”

First off horrible response for custom fee service. There was no attempt to make things right. Ggg could just credit the right account the currency to resolve one of the two issues.


I’m at the point where I’m about to contract my bank for a fraud report. I understand this is a beta, but literally, I bought the game for cross save and it doesn’t work 10 days in. Not having trading is also a huge issue.

Please, someone at GGG update me on if this is a know issue, or something. Do basic customer services for software.

This is the same mass issue that most people who bought the game on different platforms, whether it be steam, stand alone, console etc are having. Multiple accounts with twitch rewards, currencies, going to mismatched accounts. I can't even see my Path of Exile 2 characters on the website, like they don't exist. I can't post items to trade/sell and I cannot direct whisper anyone due to the same error.

They only handle account related issues via emailing support however I'm thinking they might have to perform some wide-spread fix for this or how they handle accounts.

In any case they know about this but I would still open a ticket by emailing customer support. They should be back from the holidays this week or next. Communication has been sparse, at least speaking from my interactions with them. I've gotten two emails asking for the same information days apart and no guarantee they are receiving my emails. It's all been rather frustrating but having at least some documented traffic might help.
