cpu to 100% and monitors turning off

game was working fine before, but i bought an nvme and wanted to put it in, so i did and also went from windows 10 to windows 100, and now when i launch game and in loading screens my cpu goes to 100% and sometimes both my monitors turn off but i hear the game, and even get hard freezes sometimes, does anyone have a fix or am i just off of poe2 for a while?
