(Path of Exile 2) Losing passive points.

I was respeccing my character and it took away 3 points and only gave back 1 i took a recording of it and counted the full passive tree on both originally i had 52 points now down too 50. so i guess restarting the character is the only way to get those points back very upsetting... the node was All Natural and the elemental damage node directly to the right of it. was a level 43 infernalist witch.
